Liberals Freak After Biden Cries Uncle, Quietly Enacts Trump Policy To Get Control Of Border Crisis
Liberals are fuming at President Biden after it was discovered he is using a Trump policy to get control of the border.
On the eve of the coronavirus pandemic President Trump enacted a restrictive immigration policy in order to protect the country from the coronavirus. The policy was considered controversial by the mainstream media and liberals however, Biden is using it to get control of his border crisis.
Biden is using Trump’s Title 42 border policy which is from a 1944 public health statue to indefinitely close the border to “nonessential” travel, the policy was put in place to stop the spread of the coronavirus.
Under the Trump administration fewer than 1% were able to seek protection and migrants were forced to remain in Mexico before entry.
However, due to the rhetoric of Biden thousands of migrants are flowing across the border and Biden is “trying to get things under control.”
Activists are furious with Biden for continuing the program.
“The Biden administration’s use of Title 42 is flatly illegal,” said Lee Gelernt of the American Civil Liberties Union, who sued the Trump administration over the policy, which the Biden administration is defending in court. “There is zero daylight between the Biden administration and Trump administration’s position.”
DHS Secretary Mayorkas said, “We are on pace to encounter more individuals on the southwest border than we have in the last 20 years & Border Patrol agents are apprehending 4,500-6,000 illegal aliens per day.”

This is a crisis that the Biden admin refuses to acknowledge.

The left is also calling out Vice President Kamala Harris who before taking office said Title 42 was an unconstitutional “executive power grab” that had “no known precedent or clear legal rationale.”

In court filings and statements in recent days, Biden officials have doubled down on the Trump administration’s defense of Title 42.
Biden has given the excuse that it’s up to the CDC to decide when it’s ok to lift the order however, the CDC works for him.
Biden had to do something, as Fauci is touring the media telling America it needs to stay locked down and wear two masks, the Administration was allowing an unrestricted amount of illegal immigrants into the community that were testing positive for the coronavirus.
The Biden Administration is a mess, there is no one at the wheel and the President can’t even walk up a flight of steps.
Even the media is admitting that Biden created a mess at the border.
