Biden Calls For Whistleblowers To Help Endorse Mandate
The President and his administration are calling on an army of “whistleblowers” (snitches) to help him enforce his vaccine mandate.
The acting chief of OSHA Jim Fredrick told reporters on a conference call that the number one way to know if a businesses are violating the mandate is for employees to report them.
“We will have our staff available and responsive to complaints, which is a No. 1 way we hear about problems in a workplace,” said Jim Frederick, the acting chief of OSHA, on a conference call with reporters. He also said the agency will focus on job sites “where workers need assistance to have a safe and healthy workplace.”
“You fill out a form or somebody fills out a form for you,” said Berkowitz, the former OSHA chief of staff. “And that’s all workers have. If OSHA decides not to inspect, that’s it. Or if OSHA inspects but decides not to cite the employer, that’s it. … So it’s a pretty weak law.”
First off, the Biden mandate is a rule not a law.
In the meantime, Biden is telling businesses to ignore that a federal court put a halt on the mandate.
“People should not wait,” White House Deputy Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre told reporters during a briefing. “They should continue to move forward and make sure they’re getting their workplace vaccinated.”
