CDC Mask Ad Causes Massive Backlash, Many Furious Over Messaging
The CDC released an ad campaign that is causing massive backlash many are furious over the messaging the hints we’ll be wearing masks forever.
“Let’s get back to doing our favorite things, whatever that might be. Slow the spread, mask up America,” the ad captions read showing clips of Warner brothers action movies who partnered with the CDC.

We’ve gone from 15 days to stop the spread to, if you want to do things the things you once enjoyed you’ll need to wear a mask. The insinuation of the ad is that if the Biden Administration gets their way we’ll be wearing masks forever.
so the mask thing is forever right?
Like, there will never be a return to “normal” https://t.co/efd0wL1jLC

It is being reported that our tax dollars won’t waisted to pay for the air time it was donated.
From AdAge:
The PSA is running in donated media time across the country and is free for use by broadcast and digital news outlets. WarnerMedia is running the spot across its own TV and digital channels and platforms, including HBO, Turner, Rooster Teeth, Crunchy Roll, Bleacher Report, Xandr, and AT&T televisions, as well on its own social media channels.
I am sure that people who haven’t worn a mask until now will be convinced by Dr. Evil wearing a mask that now is a great time to start wearing a mask. https://t.co/fGtzldgvP3

Hey everyone, wear a mask forever even though they don’t really do much.
Eff this pointless virtue signaling. After I get vaccinated, the mask goes in the round file. https://t.co/AUSuqwWxSG

You gotta admit the Biden administration really knows how to pick good “role models.”

Although, if we follow Dr. Fauci advice these characters are doing it wrong, they are only wearing one masks.
None of these characters are double masking so the PSA isn’t in line with the CDC’s current guidelines https://t.co/CWVT5kIGBi
