Collusion: Federal Courts Just Handed Hillary Clinton Another Win
On Wednesday Judicial Watch — an organization that has been on the front lines to uncover the details in Hillary’s email scandal, was dealt a serious blow in court. Back on December 6, 2018, a federal judge ordered that the Obama administration senior State Department officials, lawyers, and Clinton aides to be deposed and answer written questions under oath.
The court had ordered discovery into whether Secretary Clinton’s email use of private email server was intended to stymie FOIA; if the State Department’s intent to settle the case was in bad faith; and whether the State Department has adequately searched for the records Judicial Watch requested. Initially, Judicial Watch did dispose several witnesses and was scheduled for a hearing on Thursday. However, on Wednesday things changed:
“Judicial Watch’s has recently gathered troubling, new evidence about the Clinton email scandal and we hope the court will grant us additional discovery to get more facts,” stated Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “And it is outrageous that the Justice Department continues to try to shield Hillary Clinton on her email misconduct.”
On Wednesday a federal court granted Hillary’s motion to intervene in Judicial Watch’s FOIA case.
“Mrs. Clinton does not wish to be questioned by our attorneys,” Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton said in a tweet.

If I had to guess the recent ruling might have something to do with the fact that the judge didn’t want to end up like good old Theo did last week.
