Coronacommies: Republican Governor That Buddied Up To Biden Goes COVID Crazy & Imposes Restrictions Stricter Than California
Ohio Governor Mike DeWine who was one of the first Governors to buddy up to Joe Biden by congratulating him as “President-elect” has gone COVID crazy. As of the writing of this post, these restrictions are tighter than those being imposed by California but that could change the way some of these governors are trying to one-up each other.
DeWine announced a statewide curfew for the next 21 days.
We are issuing a curfew in Ohio that will start Thursday. This will run from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. for 21 days. We believe this will help reduce #COVID19 spread. I’m also asking each Ohioan every day to do at least one thing that reduces your contact with others.

DeWine also wants the people of Ohio to “cut down contacts by 20-25%” and to make sure they wear a mask everywhere.
Under the curfew order restaurants will still remain open and the Governor is not looking to do a total shutdown.
Exceptions: The curfew does not apply to those who need to be at work, those who have an emergency, or those who need medical care. The curfew is not intended to stop anyone from getting groceries, a carry-out/drive-thru meal, or delivery. A lot of this is common sense.

DeWine said he “doesn’t expect police or local law enforcement officers to pull people over for violating the curfew, but if officers see people hanging out after 10 pm they have a right to approach them. Punishment for violating the curfew could a $750 fine and up to 90 days in jail.
Lawmakers in Ohio attempted to reduce the penalty but DeWine vetoed the bill.
To make things even more confusing the curfew is on individuals, not businesses. Yup, businesses are not expected to because of the order. If a person works third shift they are allowed to go to work.
The order is intended to stop people from hanging out at each other’s homes, which you can still do but you must be off the road by 10 pm.
Fear not instead of staying at your residence with just a few people just go hang out at the casinos because they are staying open.
The curfew is basically unenforceable and it just looks like another attempt to cozy up to Biden.
