Dem Gov Shreds Constitution Will Prevent Churches From Gathering For At Least A Year
A Democrat governor has just shredded the constitution and said that churches will not be able to gather at least a year.
The governor of Illinois, J.B Pritzker, who if you remember sent his wife to their $21 million mansion in Florida during the lockdown has announced a five-phased plan giving guidance to schools, churches, businesses, and other religious centers. In phase three, gatherings of up to 10 people will be allowed. In phase four, gatherings of up to 50 people will be allowed. Gatherings of more than 50 people will not be lawful until phase five.
During the press conference, Pritzker said that churches will be held to the same standards and will not be allowed to hold in-person services until phase five, which will not happen until a vaccine or highly effective therapeutic drug is released; experts say that’s 12 to 18 months away.
“You know that in phase three, there can be gatherings, church gatherings, of 10 or fewer. In phase four, 50 or fewer. So that’s the guidance that’s been given to me,” Pritzker said. “I’m not the one providing that guidance. It really is what the scientists and epidemiologists are recommending.”
The people of Illinois won’t be able to attend church however during phase four schools, restaurants, gyms, and bars can reopen.
Pritzker announced that the state will begin phase two on Friday, and will start phase 3 on May 29th.
A lawsuit has been filed by the Thomas More Society on behalf of the Beloved Church in Lena, it claims that the governor has a “hostility” toward religious faith.
Pastor Steve Cassell is attempting to get a temporary restraining order to prevent them from being arrested for holding services.
I got an interesting little question that just popped into my mind, since these lockdowns have started where the hell has the ACLU been?
Probably with Pelosi eating their ice cream.
