Democrat Congressman Uses Debunked Fake News Photo And News Story During Speech
Rep. Al Green (D-TX) is an idiot and this time he took his idiocy to a whole new level.
On Wednesday, Rep. Al Green used a famously and debunked photo that TIME Magazine used to smear President Trump.
Al Green has been trying to impeach President Trump since the day he got into office. Green has shouted that he wants to impeach the President because of “racism, anti-Semitism, homophobia, transphobia…” (you get the point). Oh yeah, Rep. Green also wants to impeach the President over of slavery, because why not (sarcasm).
If you remember the image that was quickly debunked and found to be fake was an image of an immigrant girl crying and TIME put the image on the cover in an effort to discredit the President. The little girl in the image was not separated from her mother.
A pretty big correction from TIME. https://t.co/YWc9j1Ujgv pic.twitter.com/cfBD8XWCvT

The photo went viral and was used by the liberal media to help far-left activists stop President Trump from securing our borders. TIME Magazine did issue a correction saying,” The original version of this story misstated what happened to the girl in the photo taken from the scene. The girl was not carried away screaming by US Border Patrol agents; her mother picked her up and the two were taken away together.”
As it turns out the mother had previously abandoned the husband and three kids at their home in Honduras was caught in 2013 and deported. Then the mother and her husband paid a coyote $6,000 to sneak back into the US and they got caught again.
Now you have a United States Congressman from the floor of the House shouting lies on top of lies.
When your case is so flimsy that you have to manipulate emotions using an ALREADY DEBUNKED LIE involving a child. This little girl was NOT SEPARATED FROM HER MOTHER and this has NOTHING to do with removing a duly elected President. These people are SCUM. #WalkAway pic.twitter.com/d9TQ7g59dK
