Dems Are Playing for Keeps, Most Places Taking Refugees Have One Thing In Common
The Democrats are playing for keeps almost all of the 19 places allowing Afghans to settle have one thing in common.
Almost every “welcoming” community is in a swing district.
The State Department has identified 19 “welcoming” communities where Afghans and Iraqis could settle based on a number of measures, including but not limited to housing availability.

Biden is sending refugees to swing districts in hopes flipping district ahead of the midterms.
What’s more alarming is that the Biden Administration is going to allow Afghans with “security concerns” to resettle inside the United States.
From Bloomberg:
In the U.S., the State Department, DHS and the FBI are leading the screening process. If there are ongoing security concerns with any refugees who are eventually resettled inside the U.S., the Federal Bureau of Investigation or state and local law enforcement agencies might have to take steps to keep tabs on them, such as doing occasional interviews. [Emphasis added]
“The FBI supports the U.S. government’s interagency efforts on immigration and refugee admittance by serving as one of the agencies that reviews information associated with refugee and immigrant applicants in order to identify potential national security and public safety concerns,” the FBI said in a statement.
Senator Chuck Grassley (R-AI) has demanded that the Biden administration disclose how many Afghans who are seeking entry into the US are on the government’s “No Fly List.”
Pentagon spokesman John Kirby does not know how Afghans are seeking resettlement in the US but did admit some have been on terrorist watch lists.
