Dems Plan On Holding Americans Hostage Again: Schumer Plans To Use COVID Relief Bill To Handcuff Federal Officers
The Democrats are at it again!
Depending on how this plays out what Schumer and the Democrats are planning to do could be the catalyst that propels President Trump to a landslide victory in November. What they plan to do could blow up in their face.
Democrats are planning on using the next COVID-19 relief bill to add provisions to restrict federal officers protecting federal property.
NBC News reports:
The New York Democrat said in an interview on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” that the proposal, from Sen. Jeff Merkley, D-Ore., would require that police officers or federal officers identify themselves and where they work during interactions with protesters and that they don’t use unmarked vehicles.
The proposal would also say that while federal agents can be on federal property, they cannot go up and down streets patrolling cities without the permission of the mayor and governor, Schumer said.
“We’re going to try to get [it] into the COVID 4 bill,” Schumer said, adding, “It has broad support within the Democratic Caucus.”
So the Democrats want to keep Americans from getting aid so they can protect a violent mob trying to burn down a federal courthouse. They know that Republicans will not vote for those provisions and President Trump would veto the bill if it passed. That is a losing strategy, the “peaceful protests” myth has been busted.

This stunt is similar to what Pelosi did in March when she held Americans, hostage, by blowing up negotiations with a progressive wish list. Republican Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell ripped Democrats and said during a floor speech:
“Why are Democrats filibustering the bipartisan bill they helped write?”
“Tax credits for solar energy and wind energy, provisions for employees to give special and new treatment to big labor? And listen to this: new emissions standards for the airlines. Are you kidding me? This is the moment to debate new regulations that have nothing whatsoever to do with this crisis?
I’d like to see Democrats tell New York City doctors and nurses, who are literally overrun, that they are filibustering hospital funding for masks because they want to argue with the airlines over their carbon footprint.
“I’d like to see Senate Democrats tell seniors who have seen their hard-earned retirement savings literally melt away as the markets track toward their worst month since 1931,” McConnell said.
Pelosi’s stunt stalled Americans getting relief for almost 10 days and now Democrats want to hinder Americans from getting relief to prop up a violent mob.
