Did Charlie Crist Really Call DeSantis ‘DeSatan?’ And Wait ‘Til You See What He Calls Himself!
Florida is a great state for flip flops…that’s apparently why now former Republican and now Democratic candidate for governor Charlie Crist has made his home there.
In a video tweeted by the DeSantis War room account, Crist is seen talking to a group of voters while he points out that the colors on his campaign literature are the same colors as the Ukrainian flag. He says, “We’re fighting for freedom, too.”
Crist then saddles right up to the Ukrainian president saying, “Zelensky is amazing, amazing,” Crist continues. “The courage and the strength and the decency that he shows. This is an election about decency.”
But previously, he said that half of his state’s voters in the 2018 election were hateful people and he did not want their support.
Crist has maintained that the Florida race can be summed up like this,
“You know we’ve got a divider on the other side, and a uniter over here.”
Then there was this interaction with his audience:
“You know some people call him ‘DeSatan,'” Crist, the alleged “uniter,” says. “Have you heard that?” he asks.
“Yes,” comes the response from Crist’s audience.
“I’m trying to be nice,” Crist then declares. “‘DeSatan’ vs. that,” he says while pointing to his name on the wall behind him. A couple of people in the audience then say “Christ.”
“Think about it — boom,” Crist says.
He actually agrees that this race is about Jesus Christ taking on “DeSatan.”
“We’ve got a great race ahead — we do — and I’m excited about it, and the choice is crystal clear,” Crist continues. “There’s no question about it — it is crystal clear: he’s bad, we’re good,” Crist says at the end of the video clip.
Wow…from President Zelensky to the Messiah Himself.
Take a look at the incredible clip for yourself, it’s mind-boggling:
