Dr. Birx Takes The Bait To Prove She’s Still A Liberal After Pelosi Shames Her
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi shamed coronavirus task force member Dr. Deborah Birx claiming she is “the worst” and said the White House coronavirus team was in “horrible hands.”
As she shamed Birx, Pelosi praised Dr. “Doom” Fauci claiming he was a “hero.” Democrats have started to turn on her after a New York Times article criticized her for defending the President.
“I think the president is spending — spreading disinformation about the virus and she is his — she is his appointee,” Pelosi told ABC News’ Martha Raddatz on Sunday. “So, I don’t have confidence there, no.”

The White House fired back at Pelosi.
“It is deeply irresponsible of Speaker Pelosi to repeatedly try to undermine & create public distrust in Dr. Birx, the top public health professional on the coronavirus task force,” Alyssa Farah, the White House’s director of strategic communications, tweeted after the interview. “It’s also just wrong. Period. Hard stop.”
The avalanche of liberal attacks was too much and Dr. Birx went on CNN to prove she’s still a liberal. During her appearance, Birx sounded more like Dr. Fauci than the data-driven comments we are used to getting from her.
Birx said that the United States is entering a “new phase” in our battle against the virus and said that it’s “extraordinarily widespread.”
“What we are seeing today is different from March and April. It is extraordinarily widespread … it’s more widespread and it’s both rural and urban,” Birx said on CNN.
“To everybody who lives in a rural area, you are not immune or protected from this virus,” Birx continued. “And that is why we keep saying, no matter where you live in America, you need to wear a mask and socially distance, do the personal hygiene pieces.”
CNN used Dr. Birx’s comments to prop up their own “experts” to push for another nationwide lockdown in an article titled: “Coronavirus is still spreading uncontrolled and one doctor says it’s time for stricter measures.”
President Trump who usually speaks highly of Dr. Birx criticized her for caving to Pelosi.

Not mentioned in the CNN article Dr. Birx did defend herself stating that she would bet her 40-year career on the data she has presented to the President. She also ripped the New York Times over their thinly sourced article about her.
Great response from Dr. Birx about Pelosi’s baseless attacks. Pelosi could learn a thing or two from this.
