FBI Issues Warning After Incidents
The Federal Bureau of Investigation issued a public bulletin Friday warning of escalating threats and attacks by far-left extremists targeting Tesla facilities across the United States. The warning follows a wave of incidents linked to political anger over Elon Musk’s involvement in aiding the Trump administration’s efforts to reduce federal waste, fraud, and abuse.
According to the FBI, coordinated attacks have occurred in at least nine states since January, affecting Tesla vehicles, dealerships, charging stations, and storage lots. The agency noted that the attacks, which included arson, gunfire, and politically charged vandalism, appear to be carried out by lone actors operating at night.
The bulletin identified a pattern of behavior among the perpetrators. Graffiti at various locations referenced grievances against individuals perceived by attackers as “racists, fascists, or political opponents.”
The FBI noted the potential for future attacks, citing the low barrier to action for individuals motivated by political ideology who view the crimes as victimless property damage.
Just wanted to say thank you to everyone supporting Tesla in the face of relentless attacks.
❤️❤️ Super Appreciated!! ❤️❤️

Specific warning signs identified by the Bureau include online threats naming Tesla sites, interest in security infrastructure, and attempts to bypass restricted areas. The FBI is urging citizens to remain vigilant and report any suspicious behavior directly to law enforcement.
Elon Musk responded publicly, condemning the violence as “insane and deeply wrong,” adding that Tesla has done “nothing to deserve these evil attacks.”
He confirmed that Tesla has increased security at all facilities and activated Sentry Mode—an onboard surveillance feature in Tesla vehicles designed to detect and record threats in real-time.
President Donald Trump weighed in on the attacks, calling the perpetrators “terrorists” and vowing harsh penalties. “They’re going to be caught and they’re going to be prosecuted,” Trump said. He added that some could face up to 20 years in prison, stating firmly, “There’ll be no leniency, and there’ll be no pardons.”
