Former Congressman That Led The Charge Against Hillary And Obama Will Help Trump Fight Impeachment
The man that fought the good fight against the Obama administration and held “endless” hearings on Benghazi is coming to the aide of President Trump. Former Congressman Trey Gowdy who got Hillary Clinton to testify for 11 hours under oath has agreed to help the President.
According to reports from Bloomberg News the president’s “inner circle” has thought about bringing Gowdy in for several weeks. After being asked directly by the President, Gowdy agreed.
NEWS: Trump advisers since late Sept. have weighed the idea of asking former US Rep Trey Gowdy to provide impeachment strategy.
Trump warmed to the suggestion and asked @TGowdySC to be part of team.
Gowdy said yes.

Gowdy was a pitbull leading the House Select Committee fighting the Obama administration during the years-long investigation into the attack that occurred in Benghazi. Gowdy is most famous for his 11 hour questioning of former Secretary of State and failed Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton during the middle of her presidential campaign.

In early 2019 Gowdy retired and became a Fox News contributor and was an outspoken critic of disgraced former FBI Director James Comey and House Intelligence Chair Adam Schiff.
There is no word if Gowdy will continue to work at Fox News.
