Fox News Reporter Gets Caught Pushing Fake News Attacking President Trump
Fox News has really taken a dive lately and on Wednesday they really took the cake after one of their reporters posted fakes news attacking the President.
It all started when House Intelligence Committee Chairmen Adam Schiff and his band of cronies left the hearing to have a news conference.
Rep. Devin Nunes: “For those of you watching at home, that was not a bathroom break. That was actually a chance for the Democrats to go out and hold a press conference.” #sondlandtestimony pic.twitter.com/Czf9TIP8Ol

Rep. Schiff wanted to push that Ambassador Sondland’s testimony proves that there was a quid pro quo. However, we all know that what Sondland actually said was there was no quid pro quo, watch the video below…
.@Jim_Jordan makes the critical point: Ukraine got a phone call, a meeting, and security assistance without promising anything in return.
No quid pro quo.
No extortion.
No bribery.
No case for the Democrats’ impeachment fantasies. pic.twitter.com/3eu1WzmANq

Like we wrote about yesterday Democrats are trying to change the reasons for impeachment to “bribery” not quid pro quo and were called out yesterday in an amazing speech by John Ratcliffe (R-TX) .
.@RepAdamSchiff tries to define a White House meeting as an “official act” so he can meet the elements of “bribery.” It’s ridiculous. If that’s bribery, indict every Democrat and Republican donor who maxed out to get invited to the White House Christmas party. #ImpeachmentInquiry

Ken Starr during an appearance on Fox News commented but this was how Fox News Reporter Jennifer Griffin posted it, “Ken Starr, lead prosecutor in Clinton impeachment hearings: “There is now proof that the President (Trump) committed the crime of bribery…This has been one of those bombshell days.”
As you can imagine that went through the news media like fire to gasoline.
Here is what Starr actually said…
This description of what was said is wrong
Starr was talking about Chairman Adam Schiff’s words
Starr: “Substantively, what we heard from the Chairman just now is ‘it’s over,’ I mean this is his position, ‘we now know that the president in fact committed the crime of bribery’” https://t.co/aR5Al1EDx7 pic.twitter.com/0BLKNwiGcQ

Griffin deleted the tweet and put out a clarification but the damage was already done as media outlets were already reporting on the news. Griffen didn’t delete her tweet or make a clarification until her account went viral receiving 13,000 likes and 5,000 retweets.
After 13,000 likes, 5,000 retweets. She clarifies. Another reason why Trump is going nowhere.

This is why Rush Limbaugh calls the media the “drive-by media.” The media lights up a corner causing confusion, takes off, and leaves a mess. It’s a shame Mark Levin was around to set her straight like he did when Fox News host Ed Henery levied allegations against President Trump.
