Gabbard Speaks At Trump Rally
At a packed rally in Madison Square Garden, former Democratic Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard took the stage, rallying supporters of Donald Trump and issuing a grave warning: a vote for Kamala Harris, she claimed, was essentially a vote for war.
Gabbard, who officially became a Republican just last week, didn’t mince words as she linked Harris’s potential leadership to foreign conflicts and a path toward open borders and national insecurity.
Gabbard began by reciting a key portion of the Declaration of Independence, highlighting the “unalienable Rights” of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness—values she argued are under attack in the current political climate.
“There’s never been a clearer choice in any election in my life,” she asserted, presenting the decision as one between maintaining a free, peaceful nation and spiraling into what she framed as reckless and endless wars.
Gabbard’s own military service has been central to her public identity, and she used this background to underscore her message. Having served three deployments in war zones, she emphasized that this election’s stakes are “very personal” to her, and she passionately recalled the sacrifices of her fellow soldiers.
A vote for Harris, she declared, meant an endorsement of a hawkish agenda akin to that of Dick Cheney—an endorsement of escalating foreign entanglements, potentially culminating in World War III and even nuclear conflict.
In sharp contrast, Gabbard praised Trump as a leader who, in her view, would work tirelessly to end wars rather than start them. Trump, she argued, has shown the “courage and strength” needed to bring peace, a trait she implied Harris fundamentally lacks.
Gabbard’s critique went beyond foreign policy, however; she also raised the specter of an open-border America under a Harris administration, alleging that violent criminals and terrorists would flood across, threatening communities across the country.
