George Washington Law Professor Jonathan Turley Demands Schiff Respond – Watch
The Durham Report has come out now and it is clear that the Russia collusion investigation was a massive hoax, and there was no fire or even smoke. Yet the FBI proceeded with this investigation when there was no evidence, for years, and this ended up as a perpetual smear of former President Donald Trump.
Trump called this debacle the “crime of the century,” but the question remains if anyone will actually be held accountable for the mayhem and division this has caused in America.
Does anybody remember when Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) — then the Chair of the House Intelligence Committee — claimed he had seen evidence that he couldn’t share with us demonstrating Russia collusion? Well that was just one massive lie, according to the Durham Report.
George Washington Law professor Jonathan Turley is demanding some answers from House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff after the release of the Durham Report exposed his lie.
“Given Durham’s findings that there was no basis for the actions taken by the FBI in launching this investigation, this would be a good time for former House Intelligence Chair Adam Schiff to reveal that evidence he said showed the Russian collusion,” Turley declared.
Turley noted that Schiff was also trying to shoot down the Durham investigation:
Schiff told MSNBC that ongoing investigations would constitute “tearing down our democracy” and would serve as a way to “delegitimize” a president. This also included any continued investigation of the Hunter Biden scandal. Schiff denounced the Durham investigation as a “politically motivated” effort despite the fact that Durham suspended any public actions before the election to avoid even the appearance of political manipulation. He resisted demands from Trump to issue a report before the election.
Schiff raised the termination of the Durham investigation by Attorney General Garland before Durham could issue any indictments or reports. He added “The appointment is not consistent with the language of the statute that he’s relying on and can be rescinded, I think, by the next attorney general. I would presume the next attorney general will look to see if there is any merit to the work that John Durham is doing.”
Schiff needs to answer for this.
Given Durham's findings that there was no basis for the actions taken by the FBI in launching this investigation, this would be a good time for former House Intelligence Chair Adam Schiff to reveal that evidence he said showed the Russian collusion…

For some reason, we still haven’t seen Adam Schiff trying to defend his lies about having “Ample Evidence” of Trump Russia collusion. Is it possible that he actually acknowledges the fact that he was lying to the American people all along? pic.twitter.com/ioijHGXz3G

…Schiff and other Democrats previously sought to prevent Durham from continuing his investigation and issuing this report. https://t.co/GrXXOxmkaD
