Video Busts Dominion Employee Forcing Georgia County To Admit They Broke The Rules
Gwinnett County has some explaining to do after a video surfaced showing a Dominion violating election laws in Georgia.
A video was posted on Monday night on Twitter and YouTube of an alleged Dominion worker using the internet and a USB to give information between workers in Gwinnett County Georgia.
The user named Code MOnkeyZ claims in the video that a dominion employee working in Gwinnett County downloaded data to a USB from the election Management Server, plug it into a laptop, manipulated data, then palmed the USB. The video is below his tweet.
He downloads data from the Election Management Server onto a USB, inserts it into the external laptop, manipulates ballot scans in the file explorer, ejects the usb, palms it, distracts the people nearby, then suspiciously walks out of the room.

The alleged Dominion employee is thought to be Xavier Khouri.
Gwinnett County ended up released a statement after the video went viral and admitted they broke the rules:
“To clarify, the USB drive was not inserted into a scanner, the scanners are connected to server through cables. This would be a Dominion tech producing a data report on the server and saving the report to a Dominion USB thumb drive and then using a laptop to filter requested information. The Dominion servers are not equipped with Excel and counties are not authorized to install any hardware or software on these systems.”
County officials trying to claim there were not any voter integrity issues actually admitted they violated the rules. In their statement, Gwinnett County said they took data from the Election Management System, plugged it into a laptop, then filtered it through excel.

At the very least Gwinnett County officials need to be investigated, those USB’s and Excel files need to be seized and examined.
