Hollywood Star Shamefully Attacks Black Trump Voters and Trump Strikes Back!
Will and Grace star Debra Messing publicly thanked a Baptist church in Alabama for calling black supporters of President Trump “mentally ill.” This occurred just hours after she demanded the media out the attendees of a fundraiser for President Trump in Beverly Hills, CA.
This week the New Era Baptist Church in Birmingham, Alabama made headlines when it displayed on its sign: “A Black vote for Trump is mental illness,” and on the other side it read “A white vote for Trump is pure racism.”
On Saturday afternoon Messing tweeted out “THANK YOU” in response, but then quickly deleted the tweet. Unfortunately, for her, before she had a chance to delete the tweet many had already captured it.
The paster of New Era Baptist Church said to a local news station, “God motivates me to take a stand for what’s right,” he said. “Read the Bible and look in the White House. If they call me a racist, look in the White House. When you vote for Donald Trump, you are supporting institutionalized racism.”
Messing calling out of black Trump supporters comes on the heels of her demanding the names of those attending the President’s fundraiser in Beverly Hills, CA.
“Please print a list of all attendees please,” Messing wrote on Twitter in response to a news story about the event, which is scheduled for September 17th. “The public has a right to know.”

The President wasted no time and mocked Messing, “I have not forgotten that when it was announced that I was going to do The Apprentice, and when it then became a big hit, helping NBC’s failed lineup greatly, @DebraMessing came up to me at an Upfront & profusely thanked me, even calling me “Sir.” How times have changed!”

Messing has continually attacked the President’s administration and last year warned we were all “going to hell” for a change to federal hunting regulations in Alaska.
When will these Hollywood types figure out we just don’t care what they have to say. Matter of fact, I thought a bunch of them were moving to Canada anyway?
