Judge Mocks Jen Psaki’s Reason for Stopping Her Subpoena…You’ve Got to See It

Have you noticed how unfair the rules of the game are for Republicans? When the president is a Democrat, it’s the Republican House that is responsible for government shutdowns. When the president is a Republican, it’s the president that is totally responsible for government shutdowns. 

Here’s another example of the rules being stacked against the GOP, investigations of corruption. When the Democrats have the power, they love subpoenas, they shout that subpoenas must be obeyed and challenge the Department of Justice to enforce them. But when the GOP has power, all the rules and values change. 

The latest hypocritical member from the left is Jen Psaki. They have gone on the record as a great respecter of subpoenas. In fact, she has lectured the American people on the Trump administration is the only one in modern history to not possess executive privilege. 

Psaki is not facing her own subpoena in a lawsuit that alleges she and other government officials coordinated with social media companies to suppress information about the presidential election. 

The former White House Press secretary recently made a feeble attempt to avoid her subpoena and a federal judge openly mocked her. 

The Virginian judge scoffed at Psaki’s efforts to dodge a deposition on social media firms’ attempts to censor posts on topics like Covid-19 vaccines and election fraud.

Psaki’s request is being sent back to court in Louisiana and she is likely going to face a final defeat in her quest to end the investigation. Here is her reason for ending the subpoena process…get ready.

Psaki believes that it would be an “undue burden” for her to be deposed in the lawsuit…because she works for MSNBC and has kids.

Wow…wouldn’t even get you out of jury duty!

This lady was one of the primary demanders of “accountability” while she was in Washington, and now this is her reason for wanting to avoid accountability.
