Kari Lake Is ‘Taking the B*stards to Trial’ – Watch
Kari Lake, the Arizona Republican Gubernatorial candidate, released a bombshell report after her legal team did their own investigation of ballots cast in the November election.
Lake’s team did a review of 113 randomly chosen ballots case and found that 48, or 42.5%, were invalid because there were “19-inch ballots produced on 20-inch paper.”
Lake lost the election to Democrat Secretary of State Katie Hobbs by less than 18,000 votes out of a total of over 2.5 million that were cast.
This one-inch issue created chaos on Election Day and caused a mass reaction of those votes when they were attempted to be read through the tabulator machines.
Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Peter Thompson threw out eight of the ten claims in Lake’s December lawsuit, but he allowed two of them to remain. Those claims allege that there was an intentional plot by officials to manipulate the election in Hobb’s favor. Judge Thompson ordered a two-day trial which started on Wednesday of this week.
The two remaining charges are that a Maricopa County elections official intentionally caused ballot-on-demand printers to malfunction on Election Day, and votes were lost that cost Lake the election. And employees at Runbeck Election Services, the county’s ballot contractor, illegally added ballots of family members. The lawsuits allege that the failure to maintain a proper chain of custody “was both intentional and did in fact result in a changed outcome.”
Lake is simply arguing that the incorrectly-sized ballots created havoc, and the errors were not accidental.
“This wasn’t an error. It was malice, Lake said.
And at the Turning Point USA AmFest convention last weekend, Lake said enthusiastically about her legal chances: “Yesterday, we got great news–we’re taking these bastards to trial.”
This is going to be fun to watch.

This Is how they disenfranchised Maricopa County voters on Election Day.
The ballots were designed to be unable to be read through the machines.
This wasn't an error. It was malice.
The process worked exactly as they intended it to. https://t.co/JcVmPmlqlh
