Dem Lawyer Involved In The “Steele Dossier” Is Squeezing A State To Allow Ballot Harvesting
Operation “steal the 2020 election” is in full effect as the Democrats are doing everything they can to stop the reelection of President Trump.
Now A Democrat lawyer whose firm hired Fusion GPS to make the “Steele Dossier” is demanding the State of Nevada allow “ballot harvesting.”
In 2017, Elias was identified as the attorney involved in hiring Fusion GPS on behalf of the Clinton campaign and the Democrat National Committee. Fusion GPS then hired former British spy Christopher Steele who wrote the fake document.
Mark Elias, A Perkins Coie lawyer that represented Hillary Clinton, wrote on behalf of the Nevada Democratic Party to the Nevada Secretary of State Barbara Cegavske ordering that the state does not prosecute those that break that only allows “a member of the voter’s family” to return an absentee ballot on their behalf.”
For those that don’t know “ballot harvesting” is:
“Ballot harvesting” was legalized in California in 2016, and first used in the 2018 midterm elections. It allows anyone to drop off someone else’s mail-in ballot at a polling station. There is no process for vetting or verifying those delivering the ballots — no background checks or identification requirements. Democrats dropped hundreds of thousands of ballots off at polling stations in 2018, helping Democrats as they flipped seven Republican seats.
In most states and countries ballot harvesting is illegal because of the potential of fraud. However, Democrats are all about it and want a federal law declaring the practice legal.
Nevada is going to hold an all-mail in primary on June 9th for local and state elections.
President Trump has attacked ballot harvesting and believes that voters should have to show their ID to vote, a practice that is required in more countries.
Most Americans favor voter ID however, Democrat’s veto or sue every chance they get to prevent states from adopting laws making it mandatory for voters to present ID before casting their ballot.
