More Revelations Come Out About Dem Georgia Senate Candidate Warnock Camp Of Horrors, It Just Keeps Getting Worse
The more that is learned about Democrat Senate candidate Rev. Raphael Warnock the more reason to believe he should drop out of the race. Every day more and more information continues to drip out over the reprehensible behavior of this man.
During the Christmas break, we learned he tried to run over his wife with a car, and earlier we learned he was arrested for obstructing an investigation into child abuse allegations, it just keeps getting worse.
Anthony Washington, now 30 told the Washington Free Beacon about his experience at Rev. Warnock’s camp when he was 12 years old and it is terrifying. Washington explained that a counselor threw urine on him and locked him outside his cabin overnight.
Washington’s account of what happened at Warnocks’ camps gives us insight into the alleged abuse allegations State Police were investigating.
“I just wanted to get the hell away from that camp,” Washington said in an interview. “I didn’t want to spend another day there. … That camp was real messed up.”
Washington’s sister, Dominique, who also attended the camp said that her brother was abused, criminal charges were dropped but, the family did sue the church after one of the counselors “poured urine on [Anthony], at the camp.”
According to Washington, he drew the ire from counselors when he wet the bed and as punishment, they forced him to sleep outside.
“I’m like, ‘Hell no I’m not, it’s cold out there,’” he said. “[The counselors] wouldn’t let me in the house, not at all. … Shut the door to the cabin, locked it,” he said. “It was dark. There wasn’t nothing out there but the basketball court. I ain’t never experienced nothing like that. Like, you’re not in a tent, you’re not in nothing. You’re just out, God knows where.”
“I went through that experience myself. I don’t even like talking about this shit. That shit happened. … It was like in a bucket. They would keep that shit[urine] in a bucket,” he said.
“I don’t think nobody like [Warnock] should be running for damn Senate nowhere, running a camp like that,” he told the Free Beacon. “He should not be running for government.”
Warnock has faced backlash over his 2002 arrest for allegedly obstructing a child abuse investigation by the Maryland State Police that revolved around how children were being treated at the camp.
From the Washington Free Beacon:
Washington’s account is buttressed by records from the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, obtained by the Free Beacon earlier this month, which indicated that campers were routinely left unsupervised; staffers were not subject to required criminal background check; and at least five cases of child abuse or neglect were brought against the camp’s director, who was ultimately forced to resign.
Warnock served as senior pastor at Baltimore’s Douglas Memorial Community Church from 2001 until around 2005. His job included overseeing the expansion of the church’s sleepaway camp, Camp Farthest Out, which served inner-city children.
Warnock is going to lose and Democrats have only themselves to blame, he wasn’t vetted. This is what happens when news organizations sit on stories, you get bad candidates. Had these reports come out when Warnock had competition maybe the Democrat party would have had a better candidate. Thank the Lord they didn’t because hopefully, Republicans will prevail, the Democrats can not be allowed to take over the Senate.
