New Eyes On 41,000 Hours of Jan 6 Footage
The events of January 6th in Washington, D.C. have been shrouded in mystery and heavily politicized by the left. We’ve heard countless stories of how “dangerous” and “violent” the riots were, but with no concrete evidence to back up these claims. Now, thanks to House Speaker Kevin McCarthy, we’re finally going to get some answers.
McCarthy has granted exclusive access to Fox News host Tucker Carlson and his team to review footage of the Capitol riots. This footage is reportedly comprised of 14,000 hours of video footage from multiple camera angles throughout Capitol grounds. It’s estimated that this footage will begin airing in the coming weeks and will answer many questions about what exactly happened that day.
Despite the outcry from Democrats and the mainstream media, McCarthy believes that this footage should be seen by the public. “I think the public should see what happened on that day,” he said. “I watched what Nancy Pelosi did, where she politicized it. I think the American public should actually see all that happened instead of a report that’s written for a political basis.”
This is a major victory for conservatives who have been pushing for the truth about what happened on January 6th to come to light. As Carlson put it, “If there was ever a question that’s in the public’s interest to know, it’s what actually happened on January 6. By definition, this video will reveal it. It’s impossible for me to understand why any honest person would be bothered by that.”
The truth is, Democrats are afraid of what this footage will reveal. They know it will paint a different picture of what happened that day and could potentially undermine their narrative that the insurrectionists were all violent extremists.
We can only hope that McCarthy’s decision to allow Carlson to review this footage will help to shed some light on the events of January 6th. Now, only time will tell but questions will certainly be answered.
