Cancel Culture: Town Of Palm Beach Launches Legal Review To Try & Remove Trump From Mar-a-Lago
Cancel culture seems to have no bounds and now some are trying to cancel President Trump from the right to live at a private club that he owns.
The town of Palm Beach, Florida has started a legal review in an effort to get rid of President Trump and remove him Mar-a-Lago.
While in office, President Trump made Mar-a-Lago (his private club), his permanent residence fed up with New York.
The residence was turned into a club in 1993 and a bitter neighbor close to the club claims Trump is violating a residency agreement he made with the town when it was converted into a club.
A attorney representing an anonymous neighbor wrote the town claiming that when Mar-a-Lago was converted into a club in 1993 Trump agreed that no one would spend more than seven consecutive days and a total of 21 days a year there.
Town Manager Kirk Blouin said that Palm Beeach is looking into the claim and has launched a legal review. However, the town had no problem with the President staying there while he was in office.
This matter is under legal review by our Town Attorney, John ‘Skip’ Randolph,” Palm Beach Town Manager Krik Blouin said. “Mr. Randolph is reviewing the Declaration of Use Agreement and our Code of Ordinances to determine if former President Trump can live at Mar-a-Lago.”
The Trump organization has refuted the claim.
“There is no document or agreement in place that prohibits President Trump from using Mar-A-Lago as his residence.”
President Trump also owns two other homes very close to Mar-a-Lago, so how does this bitter anonymous neighbor (or possibly the DNC) know where the President Trump is staying? Are they even certain he’s staying inside the club?
It’s not a stretch to wonder if the complaint is coming from outside the Palm Beach area and is being done by some far-left activists.
President Trump is very popular in the Mar-a-Lago in November he received 62% of the vote.
