Dems Find Themselves In A Deep Quagmire, These Numbers Don’t Lie…President Trump Was Right All A Long
You wouldn’t know it from the media but the Democrats have found themselves in a quagmire because these recent numbers don’t lie.
The President and the White House have fantastically framed the Democrats as the party of those that want to defund the police. Now the Democrats have found themselves in big trouble as activists inside the party have gone full throttle with supporting the idea but the rest of the country being against the idea.
By Tuesday morning the Democrats in DC and the Biden campaign were running away from he idea of defunding the police.
First up was the Biden campaign that said they do not support defunding police departments, a spokesman said Biden “hears and shares the deep grief and frustration” of those calling for reform, but that he “does not believe that police should be defunded.”
Later during an interview on CBS Biden said, “No, I don’t support defunding the police. I support conditioning federal aid to police based on whether or not they meet certain basic standards of decency and honorableness.”
As Democrats took a knee and bowed for eight-plus minutes, Americans made their voice heard. Data coming from a Washington Post poll was like the air raid siren for an impending nuclear attack to Democrats.
As Republican strategist, Andrew Surabian put it, the poll shows a “HUGE gulf between how the media has been treating the police vs protestors & what Americans actually believe.”
Per new Wa Po poll, by a 9 point margin, a majority of Americans believe the police are either using the “right amount of force” or “not enough force” with protestors.

Conservative journalist Ryan James Girdusky broke down the data and it does not look good for Democrats’ narrative about the riots and the police. One of the most surprising stats to me was that 50% of voters (comprising of both parties) felt that the police did not use enough force when dealing with looters. Democrats were split, 36% felt the police didn’t use enough force and 37% felt the police used the right amount of force when dealing with looters. Another blockbuster stat was that 41% of non-whites in the poll felt that the police did not use enough force to stop looters.
Here is a breakdown of the data:
(Among voters) peaceful/violent/equal
Voters: 45/40/14
Dems: 56/29/15
GOP: 24/65/10
Indie: 44/42/12
Nonwhite: 46/41/13
White no college: 33/53/13

When dealing with looters, do you think police are using too much force/ not enough/ about right
Voters: 15/50/32
Dems: 24/36/37
GOP: 5/72/21
Indie: 17/42/38
Non-white: 22/41/35
White no college: 16/47/35

President Trump and the White House have been hammering Democrats who are quickly trying to change the language for example, here’s New York Governor Cuomo on Tuesday afternoon…
NY Gov. Cuomo: “When they’re saying ‘defund the police,’ what are they saying? They’re saying we want fundamental basic change when it comes to policing — and they’re right.” pic.twitter.com/TPHhnfwtUA

What Cuomo said is exactly what Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez screamed about early in the morning, she demanded that DC Democrats and party leaders find new “poll-tested” slogans to make it more appealing to voters. What’s she saying below is activists are doing their job now find a way to lie to the voter.
Lots of DC insiders are criticizing frontline activists over political feasibility and saying they need a new slogan.
But poll-tested slogans and electoral feasibility is not the activists’ job. Their job is to organize support and transform public opinion, which they are doing.

Democrats have found themselves in a quagmire of their own making and with the radical left in charge, they are stuck with a losing issue. President Trump has defined the issue and wordsmithing similar to what Gov. Cuomo’s said will not help, American’s aren’t that stupid.
