PURE GOLD: Watch The Moment Conservative Journalist Informs CNN Head Jeff Zucker They Been Listening To Their Morning Conference Calls For Two Months
This is pure gold.
A few months ago Project Veritas did a huge investigative report detailing the ins and outs of CNN. Apparently, one of the insiders gave Project Veritas access to the 9:00 am morning conference calls.
This week Project Veritas founder, James O’Keefe live-streamed one of these calls and captured the moment he told CNN Jeff Zucker he’s not only been listening but record two months of these daily calls.
O’Keefe unmuted himself and said:
“Mr. Zucker, are you there? Hey, this is James O’Keefe. We’ve been listening to your CNN calls for basically two months, and recording everything. I just wanted to ask you some questions if you have a minute.
“Do you still feel you’re the most trusted name in news, because I have to say from what I’ve been hearing on these phone calls, I don’t know about that; we have a lot of recordings that indicate you’re not really that independent as a journalist.”
There was a little bit of a pause and then Zucker said, “So everybody, I think in light of that we’ll set up a new system and we’ll be back with you. We’ll do the rest of the call later.”
O’Keefe then explained on the live stream that he is going to be releasing the recordings of the meetings, all the while Zucker is still on the phone listening. Realizing that the CNN executives are still on the call O’Keefe starts using buzz words from the meetings to prove he’s been listening in. For a brief moment you hear Zucker still on the call and then when O’Keefe tries to speak with him again Zucker hangs up.
One of the recorded phone calls is Jeff Zucker discusses not covering the Hunter Biden Laptop story.
