Rep. Byron Donalds Torches Hillary After She Denounces Trump Supporters Again – Watch
Clinton made her bed with much of America when she called former President Donald Trump’s supporters “deplorable” in 2016. That may have lost her the campaign. But she hasn’t learned anything since then and now even doubles down when referring to much of America. She just called Trump’s base a “cult.”
She made these remarks when she sat down for an interview with “Pod Save America” hosts who are former Obama officials.
“The response that we’ve seen in polling from Republicans suggests that they’re gonna stick with him, that it’s more of a cult than a political party at this point and they’re going to stick with their leader.”
In May, the twice-failed Democratic presidential candidate referred to Trump as a “cult leader.”
Rep. Byron Donalds (R-Fla.) was asked during a Fox Business appearance about Clinton’s remarks, and his response was on point:
“I stopped caring about what Hillary Clinton had to say long ago, because she lost a long, long time ago. And she’s largely irrelevant as far as I’m concerned. But to a broader level since Hillary wants to engage, allow me to engage.
Hillary, you lied multiple times, you destroyed emails, you destroyed evidence and then you laundered phony information that you knew was phony into the intelligence community because you were scared you were going to lose. You did all this and you still lost! So, I’m not going to listen to Hillary Clinton about who I should and should not support.
Because she has lied to the American people repeatedly. She used our institutions to spy on her rival’s campaign. Yes, America, she did that. So if people like talking about Watergate and Nixon, look no further than Hillary Clinton and Crossfire Hurricane.”
Donalds should have just dropped the mic after such a delicious response to Hillary’s nonsense. My guess is that she still hasn’t learned anything.
