Senator Tim Kaine, D-VA distanced himself during an appearance on Fox News.
“We definitely need reforms in the space of qualified immunity, but I am not in the camp that says, you know, we should disrespect police. We should reform police where police are necessary,” Kaine said on Tuesday.
Republican Senator Ted Cruz called her out.
Insane.
“No more policing”
It doesn’t get more explicit than this that Democrats want to abolish the police. https://t.co/GPYF9qkpmg

Tlaib is a supporter of the Defund the Police movement that has so far been a failure everywhere it has been tried. The policy embraced by woke Democrat politicians is one of the factors that led to a 33% increase in homicides in major American cities last year.
This is the highest increase in US history. A 10% increase would have been a crisis. This is an absolute catastrophe.
