Intel Officials Are Tired of Being Schiff’s Pawn, They Call Him Out And Set The Record Straight
Schiff is no longer going to be able to hide anymore, after the mess he tried to cause last week intelligence officials are getting tired of being Schiff’s pawn.
Last week, there was a “bombshell” report in the New York Times that claimed intelligence officials briefed lawmakers “that Russia was interfering in the 2020 campaign to try to get President Trump re-elected.”
This week intelligence officials set the record straight with NBC News and said that Secretary Pierson did not tell any of the lawmakers that intelligence showed Russia was actively working to help the president’s re-election campaign. Matter of fact, two former intelligence officials briefed on the matter said the intelligence does not show Russia is actively taking steps to help the President in any way shape or form.
One of the officials that spoke with NBC News was part of the briefing to lawmakers and she felt that Democrat lawmakers “misinterpreted” their report. That’s a really nice way to say, hey Schiff we are on to you and we know that you twisting and distorting our facts.
Not the first time Schiff has done this either.
You would think this would be a BIG story but since it a collaboration between the Democrats and the Media you won’t hear about it.

After the briefing, the officials present must have been upset with Schiff because one of them got in contact with CNN’s Jake Tapper who in a very lengthy twitter thread explained what happened. I can only think of two reasons why the intelligence community would reach out to Tapper and NBC News: 1. They are sick of being Schiff’s pawn and 2. President Trump is cleaning house and they do not want to be in the President’s crosshairs the second to last tweet written by Alex Ward from Vox confirms that.
2/ “What’s been articulated in the news is that the intelligence community has concluded that the Russians are trying to help Trump again. But the intelligence doesn’t say that,” the official says…

4/ “It’s more that they understand the president is someone they can work with, he’s a dealmaker. But not that they prefer him over Sanders or Buttigieg or anyone else. So it may have been mischaracterized by Shelby” at the House Intel briefing last week…

5/ “And by the way,” the official says, “both Democrats and Republicans were challenging this at the briefing.”
Then there’s the matter of the tense meeting between President Trump and erstwhile Acting Director of National Intelligence Admiral Maguire…

6/ “The President was upset that he had to hear about an intelligence conclusion from a Member of the House Republicans rather than from the intelligence community. So he was out of joint with Maguire on that process.”

Schiff has been caught flat out lying when he runs around claiming the President fired a DNI official over telling Congress Russia is helping President Trump. He was fired because “deep state” CIA officials didn’t brief President Trump, he had to hear the information from a member of Congress.
Apparently President Trump is not playing around a deep stater embedded in Washington told VOX journalist, Alex Ward:
I asked a senior White House official if Trump really removed Maguire over the Russia briefing. Official didn’t mince words.
“That’s absolutely why. Anyone from here on out that opposed POTUS will get fired.”
That bad, I asked?
“Yup,” official said. “He’s not f***ing around.”

Senator Bernie Sanders was confused as to why this information came out, he’s known for a month.
Sanders tells reporters he learned about Russian interference in his campaign about a month ago.
But asked why it came out now, Sanders points to the fact that the NV caucuses are a day away. And adds sarcastically, “Washington Post? Good friends.”
