Dems Staggered: Anticipated Special Election Goes Up In Flames In More Ways Than One
MSNBC called it the “one to watch,” it was a “highly anticipated” election that was going to be the moment progressive Democrats took over a red state, instead their hopes and dreams went up in smoke.
Right around the time the polls closed for the special election of the 6th Congressional District of Texas, MSNBC had breaking news. The liberal network claimed the district is a battleground and the Democrats will expand their House majority. Host, Joshua Johnson proclaimed the polls are too close to call and that the GOP stronghold is no more. MSNBC said that Texas 6 of all the special elections is Democrats best chance to expand their majority and that the race will give us all a look at what is to come in 2022.
You can watch below (if you can stomach it):
Well, everything they said went POOF!
Democrats got their clocks cleaned and the candidate backed by former President Trump received the most votes.
Democrats are shutout… this is really bad for them https://t.co/PIrdVOHIpy

Remember, this was supposed to be competitive and look to the future for Democrats.
There are also several cherries on top…
Voters outed a progressive city councilman and a school board that was pushing critical race theory.
One of the under reported stories from last night in Texas. Conservatives ousted city councilmen and school board members that pushed Critical Race Theory https://t.co/oYqt2w90CA

After the media claimed that Trump’s influence in the GOP is no more and voters are moving on the Never-Trumper Republican candidate, Michael Wood only got 3% of the vote.

There was also one another very telling election that occurred in Austin, Texas.
Austin is a quirky, liberal town, it’s known as the Seattle of the south and liberals have invaded the area to escape from draconian COVID rules. Proposition B was on the ballot which would criminalize homelessness, meaning that unlike in California where the homeless can put a tent anywhere they want, police can keep the streets clear preventing it from turning into poop laden San Fransisco. The measure passed by an overwhelming 15% meaning that this deep blue city doesn’t want to turn into California.
Don’t think this is just happening in Texas, something is going on in Pennsylvania.
Congressional Democrat’s in contested districts appear to be moving on. Rep. Conner Lamb and Rep. Chrissy Houlahan (both Democrats) are looking at running against Lt. Governor John Fetterman (also a Democrat) for Republican Pat Toomey’s senate seat.
There is no way these Democrats would even considered going up against Fetterman unless they know the writing is on the wall come 2022.
Only 100 days in office and Democrat policy is already backfiring.
