Thanks to Biden and Teachers Unions who refused to go back to work kids are about to suffer even more.
Now that places are opening up don’t think you’ll be able to go on your summer vacation because some schools around the country are going to impose summer school to “close the education gap.”
Tony Thurmond, CA State Superintendent of Public Instruction said that, “We are planning to use our summer school programs” to close the education gap that they created.

Thurmond said that he doesn’t have the power to force children to be vaccinated but would encourage it.
Will California require students to be vaccinated before returning to school, as they qualify for the vaccine?
State superintendent @TonyThurmond says he doesn’t have the power to mandate, but can recommend. “As a parent, I’d encourage it,” he tells @margbrennan. pic.twitter.com/rHgvvxiNMU

Lastly, Thurmond dodged the question when asked why it took so long for California schools to open and instead said that it was a “complex” issue.
While LA County school districts aim to open Monday, why did it take California schools so long to reopen?
State superintendent @tonyThurmond explains why – saying the process was “complex” to find a way to get 9,000 of the 10,000 schools on a pathway to reopening. WATCH –> pic.twitter.com/sBjhXeN5HQ
