The First Subpoena In Hunter Biden Burisma Investigation Is About To Drop And It’s A Doozy
The Chairman of the Senate Homeland Security Committee, Ron Johnson is preparing to drop the first subpoena in the investigation of Burisma and Hunter Biden. This subpoena is a doozy, it amazes me at just how corrupt these people are and how many levels of corruption exist. When President Trump said he didn’t realize how big the swamp is he wasn’t kidding.
The Wisconsin Republican informed Michigan Senator Gary Peters that he will be issuing a subpoena for Andrii Telizhenko, a former Ukrainian embassy official who previously worked for a firm that was hired by Burisma to fight against allegations of corruption.
Telizhenko was a consultant for the company Blue Star from July 2016 to June 2017 and they were hired to fight corruption allegations against Burisma. Telizhanko has turned over documents to the committee already but is bound by a non-disclosure agreement, subpoenaing him will allow him to help the investigation without violating his NDA.
“He cannot provide this responsible information unless he is compelled to do so by subpoena,” Johnson wrote to Peters in his letter, which was first reported by CBS News.
After the President was acquitted Republican Senators vowed to investigate Hunter Biden, Joe Biden, and the corrupt company Burisma, that was paying Hunter Biden a small fortune.
Hunter Biden joined Burisma in 2014 and was the one that forged the business deal between Burisma and Blue Star Strategies. Biden had previously been on the board of the Truman National Security Project, a think tank, with a woman named Sally Painter, who was one of Blue Star’s co-founders.
“As part of the Committee’s ongoing investigation, it has received U.S. government records indicating that Blue Star sought to leverage Hunter Biden’s role as a board member of Burisma to gain access to, and potentially influence matters at, the State Department,” Johnson said in the letter.
Records from the State Department show that Painter and her Blue Star co-founder Karen Tramontano, contacted State Department officials up to 2016 to discuss Ukraine and Burisma.
In a now disclosed email on June 27, 2016, Painter requested that she speak with Tony Blinken, who served as deputy secretary of state, at a Truman National Security Project because she was concerned about “troubling events” in Ukraine. Painter wanted a follow-up meeting with Blinken, who just so happens to now be a foreign policy adviser to Joe Biden’s presidential campaign.
The Bidens seem to be about as crooked as the Clintons, minus the body count.
