What The House Dems Just Did During The New ‘Whistleblower’ Hearing Is Appalling & America Needs To Know!
On Thursday, disgruntled federal employee, Dr. Rick Bright, claiming to be a “whistleblower” testified before the House. He told a House subcommittee that the Trump administration did not adequately respond to the coronavirus pandemic. What was most appalling is that the House Democrats did not put Dr. Rick Bright under oath.
During a time when things are upside down for partisan reasons the Democrats are letting a disgruntled employee lie with no accountability; it is appalling!
Dr. Bright claims that he was fired for not supporting President Trump over the use of hydroxychloroquine however that was proven false almost as quickly as Bright’s whistleblower complaint was made public.
We reported on April 23rd:
It was Bright that actually requested the FDA to give emergency approval for the use of hydroxychloroquine, he was a cheerleader for its use.
In March, Rick Bright requested the FDA issue an “Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for emergency use of oral formulations of chloroquine phosphate and hydroxychloroquine sulfate for the treatment of 2019 coronavirus disease (COVID-19)…” https://t.co/ZKZJB17v32 pic.twitter.com/uFB6Ymkq1k

But that is just the start, it wasn’t that Bright opposed the President it was that the Administration did not like his management style or his leadership, they’ve been trying to get rid of him for a year. Politico discovered that Bright actually praised the President for pushing the use of hydroxychloroquine.
The Trump administration has been working to oust Bright since last year, as officials battled with him over his management and leadership.

The HHS hammered Bright in a press release on Thursday during his hearing.
“Rick Bright was transferred from his role as BARDA director to lead a bold new $1 billion testing program at NIH, critical to saving lives and reopening America. Mr. Bright has not yet shown up for work, but continues to collect his $285,010 salary, while using his taxpayer-funded medical leave to work with partisan attorneys who are politicizing the response to COVID-19. His whistleblower complaint is filled with one-sided arguments and misinformation. HHS is reviewing the complaint and strongly disagrees with th allegations and characterizations made by Rick Bright.”
That partisan attorney he is working with is the same attorney that represented Blasey Ford.
BRIGHT is being represented by Debra Katz and Lisa Banks, who have a whistleblower practice (and who also repped Christine Blasey Ford) https://t.co/V7Vbxg1qxk
