Things Go From Bad To Worse For Amber Heard After The Jury Throws The Book At Her
The Johnny Depp trial has come to an end and the jury threw the book at her.
In a unanimous decision, Depp won his claim against the ACLU op-ed, won his claims that he faced wrath, and won on Heard’s claim that institutions protect accused men. The jury also awarded Depp $10 million in compensatory and $5 million in punitive damages.
The jury did award Heard $2 million however it was a staggering defeat.

Not only is this a blow to Amber Heard – whose career is probably over – it is a victory against cancel culture. Depp has gotten his name and reputation back after a jury agreed Heard slandered him.

Depp was not present for the verdict because he was in the UK but Heard was in the courtroom.

The jury didn’t rush and spent over 12 hours deliberating the evidence.

In a statement, Depp said that the goal of the lawsuit was to “reveal the truth” regardless of the outcome.
“Speaking the truth was something that I owed to my children and to all those who have remained steadfast in their support of me,” Depp said in a written statement responding to the verdict. “I feel at peace knowing I have finally accomplished that.”
