This Is How An Elected Dem Treats A Veteran That Committed Suicide After Being Smeared By The Left
Douglas County Attorney Don Kleine announced in June that bar owner Jake Gardner, veteran, will not face any criminal charges after he defended his bar during a riot in Omaha.
Video captured the moment Gardner defended himself and his business after James Scurlock and a small group of rioters attacked him. Gardner even fires two warning shots into the air before Scurlock rushes him and dives on Gardner. Scurlock and another member of the group attack Gardner and Scurlock began choking him. Gardner was screaming, “Get off me, get off me.”
With his right armed pinned he placed the gun in his left hand and fired hitting Scurlock in the neck killing him.
Under Nebraska law, a person can be justified in killing another person if he has a reasonable belief that deadly force is needed.
Kleine said that he, Chief Deputy Brenda Beadle, and homicide detectives examined all the video and witness statements.
“There was a consensus that the actions of the shooter were justified,” he said. “We certainly wish that none of this would have happened. It’s a senseless death.”
Mob rule and pressure on Douglas County Attorney Don Kleine forced him to cave and convened a grand jury. Last week Gardner was charged with manslaughter, attempted assault, making terroristic threats, and using a gun to commit a felony.
Gardner’s body was found by Police in Oregon and the family attorney, Stu Dornan released the news.
“The family of Jake Gardner has asked Tom Monaghan and myself to share the news of his death today, at his own hand,” he said.
Gardner had planned on returning to Omaha to turn himself in.
Gardner was a decorated veteran and served multiple tours in Iraq. This is what Democrat State Senator Megan Hunt said about Gardner.
There will not be justice for James Scurlock, but we can lay the groundwork for a more just future by fighting white supremacy and racism in our own communities.
Healing ourselves of white supremacy is so difficult and takes so long because it requires us to confront ourselves.

It also appears that Jake’s bar may have been targeted because she held Republican events at his bar.
This is the man they are trying to claim was some “evil white supremacist.” Watch this. #JakeGardner #JusticeForJake @realDonaldTrump pic.twitter.com/CZwGYPybTI
