Trump Responds & Hits Back As ‘Squad’ Member Confirms Dems Want To Detain White House Officials
As we have previously reported Democrats have been looking for ways to arrest White House officials that don’t testify before Congress during their impeachment inquiry, Rep. Tlaib was one of the first Democrats to float the idea earlier in the month.
However, most recently Tlaib gave an interview with Deadline Detriot and confirmed Democrats are having serious discussions on how to detain White House officials.
“There have been actual serious conversations about what the logistics would look like … if we did have to force someone through a court order to come before the Congressional committee,” she said. “This is pretty uncharted territory for many of us and even for Congress.”

During a previous, even Tlaib had even expressed a dilemma facing the Democrats saying, “So they’re (Democrat leaders) trying to figure out, no joke, they’re trying to figure out, well, is it the D.C. police that goes and gets them? We don’t know. Where do we hold them?”
On Sunday President Trump rightfully responded to the news calling the congresswoman and Palestinian activist a “despicable human being.”

Democrat Rep. John Garamendi (D-CA) also recently floated during a CNN interview that Trump officials should be placed in jail.
“I think it’s time to call in the sergeant-at-arms and march them off to our little jail, which we do happen to have,” Rep. Garamendi said on Wednesday.
Not long ago Pelosi joke about jailing Trump officials during a Washington Post event saying, “We do have a little jail down in the basement of the Capitol.”
Nancy can joke all she wants if she would like to keep the House, she better slow her colleagues down.
You can watch the video below of Rep. Tlaib first floating the idea of arresting Trump officials with her constituents at a breakfast she hosted in Detroit a few weeks ago.
