Trump Shows the Dems How to Troll…He Reigns Supreme
Former President Donald Trump may have a little thing like a criminal investigation hanging over his head, but that doesn’t mean that politics can’t still be fun.
Trump showed the hilarious side of things on Wednesday of this week by starting to endorse…wait for it…Democrats!
The former president shared his endorsement of Daniel Goldman for New York’s 10th District. He is the lawyer that Adam Schiff brought on for Trump’s first impeachment trial.
Goldman has since become an online personality and has hit the cable news circuit.
Trump wrote, “Lawyer Dan Goldman is running for Congress, NY-10, and it is my great honor to Strongly Endorse him. I do this not because of the fact that he headed up the Impeachment Committee and lost, but because he was honorable, fair, and highly intelligent,” Trump said in a statement released Wednesday on his Truth Social platform.
“While it was my honor to beat him, and beat him badly, Dan Goldman has a wonderful future ahead,” Trump said.
Goldman’s team shot back with this, “This is a pathetic attempt at fooling Democrats who are far smarter than Trump is, and it’s clear that only one candidate in NY-10 is living rent-free in Trump’s head. Buckle up Donald. Dan’s coming for you.”
Goldman was not alone, Trump also endorsed Carolyn Maloney saying that her opponent, Jerry Nadler, was a hard-driving man of the people who had high energy, was quick-witted, bright, and displayed attention to detail. But he said that Carolyn Maloney was still the “better man.”
“She will lead our Country into a very GREEN and prosperous future. Carolyn has my Complete and Total Endorsement, she will never let our Conservative Movement down,” Trump wrote.

What’s going on? Trump obviously wants these candidates to lose, that’s why he’s endorsing them in hopes that Democrats will vote for their lesser primary rivals.
Here’s the kicker, Golman’s opponent took the bait! Assemblywoman Yuh-Line Niou, one of the other candidates running against Goldman, said this about Trump’s endorsement.
“Donald Trump just endorsed my multi-millionaire opponent, in case you needed a reminder of what the stakes are. #NY10, choose your fighter.”
