Tucker Declares that Bobby Kennedy Is Winning for 2024! – Watch
In the sixth installment of Tucker on Twitter, Former Fox News host Tucker Carlson claimed that Bobby Kennedy may be winning the 2024 presidential election. Carlson’s claim is based on the fact that Kennedy is leading in the polls and has been gaining momentum in recent weeks.
Tucker started his segment by saying, “There’s never been a candidate for president the media hated more than Robert F. Kennedy Jr.” The New York Times waited a full 17 paragraphs to deride Trump’s announcment, he explained, Kennedy was criticized from sentence one: “Robert F. Kennedy Jr. announced a presidential campaign on Wednesday built on relitigating COVID-19 shutdowns and shaking Americans’ faith in science.” Tucker maintained that the average reader might conclude that “Bobby Kennedy just declared war on the Enlightenment.”
NPR had this to say about Kennedy: At the offices of National Public Radio in Washington, a full-blown Category Five hysteria typhoon broke out. NPR devoted an entire segment to savaging Kennedy, not just as a candidate but as a human being. NPR described him as someone who, for his own perverse reasons, has made “debunked and false and misleading claims that undermine trust in vaccines,” and who, in his spare time, provides moral support to crazed extremists who “rally under the banner of what they call ‘liberty’ or ‘freedom.’”
Some right-wing pundits have echoed Carlson’s claim, arguing that Kennedy’s message of hope and unity is resonating with voters. They also point to Kennedy’s strong support among young voters and minorities.
Kennedy is very well-funded. He has raised a lot of money from small donors, which gives him a strong financial advantage over his opponents.
The 2024 election will be a defining moment for the Republican Party. It will be a test of whether the party can adapt to the changing demographics of the country and whether it can appeal to a broader range of voters.
