Vice President Pence Sends Strong Letter To Pelosi, Uses Her Own Words To Rebut Using The 25th Amendment, ‘You Said…
Vice President Mike Pence didn’t mince words responding to House Speaker Pelosi and used her own words against her in his explanation why he will not invoke the 25th Amendment.
Pence informed Pelosi that he doesn’t believe invoking the 25th Amendment is in “the best interest of our Nation” and that it would not be “consistent with our Constitution.”
“Just a few months ago, when you introduced legislation to create a 25th Amendment Commission, you[Pelosi] said, ‘A President’s fitness for office must be determined by science and fats,'” wrote Pence. “You[Pelosi] said then that we must be ‘very respectful of not making a judgment on the basis of a comment or behavior that we don’t like, but based on a medical decision.’ Madam Speaker, you were right. Under our Constitution. the 25 Amendment is not a means o punishment or usurpation. Invoking the 25th Amendment in such a manner would set a terrible precedent.”
Pence also asked Pelosi to stop further dividing the country and impeach the President.
“I urge you and every member of Congress to avoid actions that would further divide and inflame the passions of the moment. Work with us to lower the temperature and unite our country.”

President Trump responded to Pelosi’s urging Pence to remove the President and said that he is not worried about it but, Joe Biden should.
President Trump:
“Free speech is under assault like never before. The 25th Amendment is of zero risk to me, but will come to haunt Joe Biden… as the expression goes: ‘be careful what you wish for.’” pic.twitter.com/Ny8shzSvKV

Strangely, Democrat Representative Ilhan Omar is pushing back (in her own way) against other Democrats that wish to start a new war on terror against conservatives. “We should not lose sight of our disgust at the double standards employed against white protesters and black ones, or against Muslims and non-Muslims,” Omar said to the Daily Beast. “But at the same time we must resist the very human desire for revenge-to simply see the tools that have oppressed black and brown people expanded.”
Yet Omar still wants the President impeached.
