Video: Former Democrat Congressman Claims Trump Is An Accessory To Murder
According to one former Democrat Congressman, The President of the United States could be considered an accessory to murder for withholding aid from Ukraine.
Barney Frank a former Congressman from Massachusetts for more than 20 years made the outlandish claim while giving an interview with Bill Maher during a discussion about the new investigation to impeach the President.
“I almost got the feeling it was like trying Al Capone for tax evasion,” Mr. Frank said about earlier efforts to remove Mr. Trump from office. “But now we got him for extortion and being an accessory, I believe, to murder.”
“Let’s be clear: murder by the Russians of Ukrainians,” Mr. Frank clarified.
Congress had approved hundreds of millions of dollars worth of weapons and aid for Ukraine that has been under threat from Russian sponsored militia’s.
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, a California Democrat, launched an impeachment inquiry on Tuesday claiming the President withheld funds to pressure Ukraine to investigate Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden.
Much to Pelosi’s disappointment, the transcript released showed no crime was committed and the aid pro quo that the Democrats claimed happened never did occur.
Russians were “invading a peaceful, democratic country,” and Mr. Trump “was delaying the self-defense weapons that Ukraine needed,” Mr. Frank said on “Real-Time.”
Mr. Frank may have forgotten his history but, Russian intervention occurred in 2014 when Democrat Barack Obama was President and if I remember correctly he did nothing to defend a NATO country (Russian artillery moved into Ukraine in 2014).
As a failure of Obama’s ability to stand up to Russian in 2014 over 10,000 people has died.
So again, President Trump is left to deal with another Obama screw up and the Democrats are trying to pin the sins of Obama on President Trump. All at the same time they are launching an impeachment investigation based on an Obama spy placed to monitor the White House. You can watch the former Congressman below.
Frank retired from Congress in 2013.
