VIDEO: On 9/11 Anniversary CNN Calls Right Wingers “America’s Deadliest Terrorists”
I very rarely write straight from me to you but folks, this one takes the cake. From time to time I’ll throw in a couple of sentences about how I feel about something then when I saw this on twitter today I about lost my mind.
If it wasn’t bad enough that we have the city of San Fransisco calling the NRA a domestic terrorist group, Beto saying that he’ll forcefully violate our constitutional rights and confiscate our guns, we now have CNN declaring “right-wingers” are America’s deadliest terrorists then compare right-wingers to the KKK and Islamic jihadis.
This is absolutely reprehensible, even the chyron at the bottom of the screen read, “America’s 9/11 Amnesia.”
The only amnesia I saw was on the anniversary of 9/11 this year was the New York Times deleting a tweet that said “airplanes took aim” at the Twin Towers of New York City’s World Trade Center. “We’ve deleted an earlier tweet to this story and have edited for clarity. The story has also been updated,” said a tweet posted to the official New York Times Twitter account. Below is a picture of the now-deleted tweet.
The New York Times then posted, “18 years after nearly 3,000 people were lost, families of those killed in the terror attacks will gather at the 9/11 memorial. There will be a moment of silence at 8:46 a.m., then the names of the dead — one by one — will be recited. We’ve deleted an earlier tweet to this story and have edited for clarity. I guess the airplanes flew themselves and just randomly flew into the buildings.
It would only make sense that after the NYT’s decided to start rewriting history that CNN would claim right-wingers are terrorists. Sorry CNN right-wingers are not the KKK nor Islamic nutjobs.
