VIDEO: Virginia Dem Gov Candidate Says, ‘I Don’t Think Parents Should Be Telling Schools…’
The front line of the cultural war isn’t in Washington DC, it’s taking place in our school districts.
Since last year, parents (regardless of political affiliation) have spoken out against critical race theory and coronavirus protocols. The results have been school board officials either succumbing to pressure, being voted out, or forcing them to resign.
During a debate between Virginia Democrat candidate for governor Terry McAuliffe and Republican candidate for governor Glenn Youngkin McAuliffe said, “I don’t think parents should be telling schools what they should teach.”
McAuliffe believes that “everybody is running down teachers.”
“I get really tired of everybody running down teachers. I love our teachers and what they’ve done through covid, these are real heroes who deserve our respect.”

These are the “experts” McAuliffe believe parents have no right to disagree with.
It’s unclear at this point who will win the Virginia race for governor and if there’s enough conservatives that will vote to overcome the DC suburbs however, the race is incredibly tight.
