Watch: Crazy Biden Goes On A Tirade About Pens & Obama
We are not kidding about this, an obviously annoyed Joe Biden was upset that he only gets one pen to sign bills and Executive Orders, but Obama got “7 to 9.”
In the clip below, you’ll notice that Biden clearly looks annoyed when he sits down.
“I don’t know why they do this,” he said.
Then the President whined that Obama got several pens every time he signed the legislation.
Usually, numerous pens are used because the White House hands them to members of Congress and activists to commemorate the signing. Obama used numerous pens because he was the nation’s first black president and everything he did the Democrats claimed was “historic.” So when Barry would sign a bill, he would have to use numerous pens so the White House could give them out.
However, the only thing historic about Joe Biden is that he is a failed president, so nobody wants a pen from Joe.
Biden wonders why “they” only give him one pen to sign bills when they gave Barack Obama 7 to 9 pens.

Then after Joe finished signing the legislation he bolted so he didn’t have to talk with the press.

Based on Joe’s body language and comments lately, it’s apparent that the President is coming to the reality that Americans don’t like him, and he’s not taking it well.
During a speech at the AFL-CIO, he started yelling he didn’t want to hear any more lies about the economy or government spending.
