Watch: Judge In Rittenhouse Case Pauses Trial To Skewer CNN, ‘That’s Our Law!’
Kenosha County Circuit Court Judge Bruce Schroeder isn’t messing around and he paused the trial to skewer the media.
“There are people on the media, on reputable sites, that are saying things that are totally bizarre,” Schroeder said.
Schroeder called out CNN legal analyst Jeffrey Toobin and accused him of not being familiar with Wisconsin law. Schroeder noted that the media is warping the case and is worried it will taint the jurors.

So far the trial has been a spectacle as the prosecution is deliberately misstating basic points of law attempting to confuse the jury and generate controversy.
During testimony, State’s witness, Detective Howard said that as Joseph Rosenbaum – sex offender – and Joshua Ziminsky was running down Rittenhouse. During the chase Ziminsky fired a shot into the air from behind. It was after that shot when Rittenhouse returned fire killing Rosenbaum.
Some legal experts are wondering why Ziminsky wasn’t charged with felony reckless endangerment for firing a shot in the air that triggered the entire event.
Curious how Joshua Ziminsky, who fired the shot into the air that triggered Rittenhouse to believe the murderous Rosenbaum was shooting at him, was not himself charged by ADA Binger with felony reckless endangerment.
Things that make you go, hmmmm.#KyleRittenhouse

Below is never before seen drone footage of the Kyle Rittenhouse shooting that was collected by the FBI. The video shows what actually happened behind the cars and many feel it should exonerate Rittenhouse.
Human Events reporter, Jack Posobiec breaks down the footage that shows Rosenbaum chase Kyle and a gunshot rings out (presumably fired by Ziminsky). Almost immediately after the gun shot Rosenbaum closes the distance and lunges at Rittenhouse. That’s when Rittenhouse fires three shots defending himself and Rosenbaum falls.

Kudos to the judge for trying to keep this case from becoming a spectacle.
