Watch: KBJ Mind Suddenly Goes Blank After Her Words Come Back To Haunt Her, Doesn’t ‘Remember That Accusation’
President Biden’s nomination to the Supreme Court, Ketanji Brown Jackson’s mind suddenly went blank after she was called out over her anti-American rhetoric.
Senator Lindsey Graham told KBJ that she went “too far” after she accused the US government of being “war criminals” for detaining terrorists at Guantanamo Bay.
KBJ claimed that she doesn’t “remember that accusation” and was just writing a complaint for her client when she was a public defender in federal court.

KBJ also tripped all over herself when she was asked about court-packing.
The Biden nominee was asked her position about packing the Supreme Court and she claimed that she would not discuss policy. KBJ cited nonexistent precedent supposedly set up by Justice Barrett however, transcripts show that Barrett was never asked to take a position.
FACT CHECK: Justice Barrett wasn’t asked to take a position on court-packing.

KBJ also got herself into trouble admitting that she gave pedophiles lower sentences because she felt the guidelines were too strict. It’s ironic that she would make a statement about policy right after she told Senators she wouldn’t comment on policy.
