Watch: Rittenhouse Prosector Holds Head In Shame After One Word From His Own Witness Destroys His Case
Assistant District Attorney Thomas Binger who is prosecuting Kyle Rittenhouse hung his head in shame after his own witness destroyed his case with one word.
Gaige Grosskreutz was the man identified that chased Rittenhouse down the street after the incident with Rosenbaum.
While being questions by Binger Grosskreutz testified that he had a gun in his hand, with his arms raised, when Rittenhouse fired hitting him in the bicep.
Grosskreutz told Binger that he didn’t shoot Ritenhouse because “that’s not the kind of person that I am. That’s not why I was out there.”
A few minutes later, Grosskreutz was forced to change his tune after the defense confronted him with a still image of himself standing over Rittenhouse with his Glock handgun pointed at Kyle.
Below is a clip of lead attorney defending Rittenhouse Mark Richards confronting Grosskreutz.

Grosskreutz then admitted that Rittenhouse – who had fallen on the ground – did not shoot him until after he pointed his gun directly at Kyle.
Richards asked, “It wasn’t until you pointed your gun at him, advanced on him, with your gun (and your hands down) pointed at him that he fired? right?”
“Correct,” replied Grosskreutz.
That one word caused prosecutor Binger to hang his head in shame.

Itβs over. Kyle Rittenhouse did not fire until a gun was pointed at him. The prosecutors literally facepalm. pic.twitter.com/LI1QpZ7wtp

There’s a lot of misinformation going on too. CBS News only reported on Binger’s questioning of Grosskreutz and did not report on the devastating cross examination. Below is a screenshot showing how CBS News is framing what occurred in the courtroom.
People are now starting to ask why Grosskreutz wasn’t criminally charged.
why wasn’t Grosskreutz criminally charged?
