White House Plays Dumb Trying To Cover Up Controversy Surrounding The Use Of Kamala’s Book At Migrant Facilities

Vice President Kamala Harris hasn’t visited the border o address the crisis the administration created however a copy of her children’s book is being handed out to young migrants. 

Yup, unaccompanied migrant kids crossing the border that are sheltered in Long Beach, California have been given a copy of the Vice President’s 2019 children’s book “Superheroes Are Everywhere,” as part of their welcoming kits. 

“Whenever there’s trouble, superheroes show up just in time,” Harris tells kids in the book.

The White House is playing dumb, according to Fox News: 

Harris’ children’s book Superheroes Are Everywhere is included in welcome packs for migrant children arriving at the Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center, a recently converted influx facility, along with basic hygiene supplies and clothing, photographs show. A White House official told Fox News Harris wasn’t aware of the welcome packs, and that these kinds of efforts are usually organized by members of the community.”

A White House official told the Washington Examiner that the book was part of a citywide donation effort and that Harris had no knowledge it was occurring. However, the Department of Health and Human Services is not responding to requests from the press about who is paying for the books. 

Harris was ordered by Biden 31 days ago to lead the efforts to fix the border crisis and so far, she has done nothing. 

Meanwhile, the border crisis is getting worse after US official believe two million migrants will attempt to illegally enter the US through the southern border this year. 

From the Washington Examiner:

“The Biden administration anticipates that it will be releasing 400 migrant families into the country a day by mid-June as the influx of people encountered illegally crossing the border overwhelms its detention capacity. The 400 figure is eight times greater than the 50 families that Border Patrol and Immigration and Customs Enforcement were releasing from its facilities each day early on in 2021. As of mid-March, Border Patrol agents were seeing 500 people arrive as part of a family group per day.”

We have no southern border anymore but Kamala Harris is making a killing off her book.
