When Plans A, B, & C Fail Go To Plan D. Biden’s Latest Scapegoat Takes The Cake
There is no accountability.
It began in late 2021 when Biden officials were laughing about gas prices rising. Then, Americans were told that inflation would be “transitory,” followed by “it’s all Putin’s fault.” Now, Biden has a new scapegoat Republicans.
On May 9, 2022, Biden said, “my top priority is fighting inflation.”

On May 10, 2022, Biden attacked Republicans for not having a plan to deal with inflation.
“Republicans love to use inflation as a political talking point, but does anyone have a clue what their plan is to bring down prices?” said a White House official who asked not to be named.
Actually, about two months ago Republicans were begging Biden to remove his Executive Order restricting domestic oil production and shot down the BBB bill that’s price tag would have further increased inflation. It’s also no secret that red-state economies are performing better than blue states.
“Voters know that Republican-led states are leading in economic recovery and job creation and will vote for Republicans and our proven agenda come November,” said Emma Vaughn, a spokesperson for the Republican National Committee.
Biden has ramped up his attacks on Trump’s slogan “Make America Great Again” while he flushes our economy down the toilet.
What’s even more ludicrous is that Democrats are in full control of the government any issues are a result of their poor policies.
Biden’s team is also claiming that inflation is because of Joe’s (try not to laugh out loud in disgust) “effective strategy against the pandemic.”

When asked about inflation and government spending this is what Biden’s economic advisor said…
CNN: “I wonder, you know, looking back, were Larry Summers and Joe Manchin right about spending and inflation?”

Biden’s new scapegoat is going to work about as well as his others. We should probably thank him because now Republicans are going to respond and it’s going to make him look even more incompetent.
Things unraveled right after Biden’s speech, below is Psaki’s answer to lowering gas prices.
“Can you give us a little more specifics about any new policies the administration might be considering to address high gas prices?”

Republicans already tried to warn Biden right before Russia’s invasion about oil production but he didn’t listen and now gasoline is marching to $5 a gallon in some states.
On March 31, Biden announced more releases from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve
