DOGE Release New Report On Biden Admin Policy
In a report that’s raising eyebrows and sparking intense debate, the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) has revealed that almost four million non-citizens were issued Social Security Numbers (SSNs) during the tenure of President Joe Biden.
The figures, recently spotlighted by Stuart Varney on Fox Business, chart a striking trajectory — one that’s pushing critics to ask serious questions about federal oversight, immigration, and entitlement systems.
According to DOGE’s findings, the floodgates began to open in 2021 when 270,425 non-citizens were granted SSNs. That figure more than doubled in 2022, jumping to 590,193, then 964,163 in 2023. But the real spike came in 2024, with a jaw-dropping 2,095,247 Social Security Numbers issued to non-citizens — more than the previous three years combined. Over Biden’s presidency, the total hit a staggering 3,920,028.

What stands out isn’t just the magnitude — it’s the mechanism. These Social Security Numbers weren’t issued through traditional vetting processes. Instead, they were reportedly mailed directly to asylum seekers with minimal to no verification: no interview, no proof of identity, just a document sent through the U.S. Postal Service.
Here’s the kicker: DOGE found that many of these individuals received work authorization documents just five months after filing for asylum. These documents allowed them to legally work in the U.S. while their asylum cases — which often take years to process — lingered in bureaucratic limbo. In effect, this policy created a window in which individuals could live and work legally in the U.S. long before their immigration status was fully determined.
It doesn’t stop at Social Security Numbers. According to the DOGE report, 1.3 million non-citizens are now receiving Medicaid benefits. That’s a substantial taxpayer burden. And more controversially, DOGE suggests that many received driver’s licenses, some even registered to vote, and a number may have actually voted.
If true, these developments could fuel further concern over election integrity and social service abuse — especially given the current political discourse around entitlement reform and misinformation accusations.
As Varney pointed out, while figures like Elon Musk are criticized for “cutting” or “dismantling” programs like Social Security and Medicaid, what’s often ignored is the growing pressure these systems face due to massive administrative expansion to individuals who may not legally qualify.
