Former ICE Official Reveals Brutal Truth About Omar’s Home Search
A warrant authorizing Homeland Security agents to raid Rep. Ilhan Omar’s home in Washington, DC was signed by a federal judge. This happened on Monday morning. The raid was part of a federal probe into immigration documents. A former ICE official says this means investigators have “probable cause” that a crime was committed.
Homeland Security Investigations executed the search warrant at the Representative’s residence. A Department of Justice official confirmed the action to Fox News Digital. Homeland Security Investigations carried out a judicially authorized search warrant obtained by the Department of Justice in the Washington, DC, area today, they stated. The official added, “This enforcement action is part of an ongoing federal investigation.”
I’m ok. Make no mistake: this is an attempt to target political enemies and weaponize federal law enforcement. For ten years, Trump has targeted me with baseless lies and smear campaigns. This is just the latest escalation in his campaign of political intimidation.
I will not be silenced.

Jonathan Fahey, the Former Acting Director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, clarified the significance of a judge’s signature. He told the New York Post that “a judge must have been very convinced” by the evidence. Fahey noted that D.C. judges tend to lean left, making a warrant difficult to secure without strong proof. The core situation involves a federal judge in Washington, DC approving a search warrant. This indicates probable cause exists that a federal crime occurred.
The investigation reportedly focuses on immigration documents completed by Omar’s late father when she was a child. Details around the probe, reportedly named “World War 11,” remain unclear. Tom Homan, a former Border Czar, told Breitbart that federal officials have known “this investigation was ongoing for a while.” He added, “There was a warrant executed this morning, so I’ll leave it at that.”
Rep. Ilhan Omar rejected the investigation as a political hit.
Vice President JD Vance dismissed claims that the probe was political. “I never — we try to run our Department of Justice in a fair and honest way,” he told the Daily Wire. Vance said they try to let the law follow the facts. “I do know that there are some serious allegations against Ilhan Omar,” he admitted.
The Justice Department began looking into Omar’s finances after reports suggested she had a multimillion-dollar net worth. Fahey says the evidence would be found in the area searched. That area was Representative Omar’s home.
